Winter Art Show Opens at Pine Hills

Albany Public Library celebrates its winter art exhibition, “Through the Looking Glass,” with an opening reception on Friday, Nov. 6, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Pine Hills Branch (517 Western Avenue). The opening reception is free and open to the public, and includes light refreshments and live music.

The exhibition can be viewed during regular library hours and continues through March 26. The show features whimsical and imaginative work by four artists: Zach Austin, JoAnne Carson, Emily Dorr, and Ingrid Ludt. “Through the Looking Glass” was curated by Jessica Cone, the library’s art exhibition coordinator.

Support for the exhibition was provided by the Albany Public Library Foundation.
