Tutoring (grades K-12)

Tutoring sessions have ended for the school year. Appointments will resume in Fall 2026.

Caregivers can register their students and schedule appointments once the tutoring program begins again after the summer break.

Students’ grades K-12 can meet with a student tutor from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at Albany for a half an hour tutoring session during the fall and spring semesters. Tutors can offer homework help, worksheets, and test prep.

Please note: Students can sign up for one session a day and two sessions a week maximum. Students can only sign up two weeks at a time.
Before scheduling an appointment during the school year, you will be asked to fill out a registration form (including your name, your child’s full name, your email and phone number, your child’s grade, and the subject(s) they need help with).

After sign-up, Parents/Guardians/Caregivers will be sent a confirmation email that includes a link to our tutoring permission form. When the tutoring program resumes in the fall, you will be asked to complete a Tutoring Permission Form for Caregivers. You will need to fill this out once for every new school year. If you don’t fill this out, we will not be able to offer tutoring to your child.

A reminder will be sent to your email address 1 day before your tutoring session.
