Local CDs at Albany Public Library

Capital District Musicians – Reach a new Audience at Albany Public Library

Albany Public Library is building a local CD collection at the Main Library location.  Please consider adding your CD* to our collection – there are over 50,000 library cardholders who are your potential fans and supporters!

Below, you’ll find two forms to download and complete. The first form is an invoice for you to fill out so we can pay you for your CD.  The library requires vendors to invoice for goods and services. Please complete the form and Albany Public Library will send you a check – this may take several weeks, depending on when the invoice is received in our billing cycle.

We’ll use the second form to create a bibliographic record for your CD so that it can be accessed through the Upper Hudson Library System catalog.  Please complete this form even if all of the information is available in the CD’s liner notes.
