The featured event is the Halloween in the Hills dance and costume party for kids ages 5-11 on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Arbor Hill/West Hill Branch. The free party includes a DJ and dancing, snacks, trick-or-treat bag craft, and other Halloween fun. Hundreds of elementary-school children and their families are expected to participate in this third annual event. Price Chopper is the hospitality sponsor for Halloween in the Hills.
